What can I have?

Fresh, organic, whole fruits and vegetables.

Dr. Bernard Jensen always said...the more vibrant the colour in your veggies the better.

This meant eating fruits and veggies that are orange, red, purple, green, etc. These bright colored foods are excellent and packed with vital nutrients.

Whole fruits and vegetables are rich in antioxidants, which help anti-inflammatory conditions.

Raw foods keeps the enzymes and nutrients intact. I hope the information on this page helps to answer your questions about what is fibromyalgia?
