Sally

Hi, I'm wondering if this support group is still active. I can't tell when some of these submissions were posted.

I'm 39, and I've had MS for 21 years.

Ugh! I've been on and off a diet similar to a candida cleanse many times -- it's hard for me to be consistent. One thing that I do know is that long term dietary changes are the only things that have really helped me with this nasty disease.... ever.

I also know that if I'm ever going to be truly successful in adopting this diet to help improve my quality of life (it takes a super long time to feel even the tiniest positive results), I need some support!!

It's hard to find, for sure.

Hope to hear from you!!

Hi Sally,

Yes, this Support group is alive and well. We are here to support you.

You know...a candida cleanse and a candida diet really are the only way to regain health and stay healthy. It doesn't matter what the problem is. It could be candida, MS, diabetes or almost anything else. The label doesn't matter.

In fact, I personally know of one woman who cured herself of MS with diet and supplements.

What matters Sally, is that we all must eliminate from our diets, those foods that will make us sick in the long run, no matter what you call it.

We all forget that food is meant to nourish us. It is meant to keep us healthy. We are addicted to the sweet taste of some foods. We all think more about how the food tastes, than whether or not it is good for us, and will as it is meant to do, sustain good health.

This is a universal problem as far as I can see.

This is why I have chosen to write my website about Candida. The long term health implications of a diet loaded with sugars, salt, preservatives, colors and chemicals is a huge problem today.

So Sally, I am here to help you, and so are my readers. You are not alone. I can help you with diet and supplement suggestions if you would like that.

Anytime you want to talk, you can post on this Support Group page, or you can email me through my Contact Brenda form.

Don't hesitate.
Sincerely,

Brenda
