You and Getting Fit

I can remember when I went to school, we had Physical Fitness classes several times per week. It wasn't an option! We played baseball or badminton. We were fortunate enough to have a swimming pool as well. Running around the track was an excellent aerobic exercise.

Nowadays, the kids have little or no physical fitness at school.

They get very little exercise after school.

Heading straight for the TV or the Computer is the first thing they do after school.

It’s no wonder the kids today become overweight and continue on to obesity as adults.

There are so many different ways to get our daily exercise.

Walking, of course, is the simplest and doesn't cost anything. It can be done alone or in a group.

I suggest you buy yourself a pedometer to keep track of your personal walking distance.

Rebounding is another form of exercise you can do at home. You can stand upright on the rebounder or even sit on it and 'bounce'.

When bouncing or jumping on the rebounder, it cleanses the cells and the lymphatic system. It's an easy form of cardio as well.

With more oxygen going through your body, it becomes more alkaline. Therefore this is another easy and inexpensive form of exercise to help rid your body of candida.

It would be nice if we could all afford a Personal Fitness Trainer. That way, we could receive personally designed fitness programs to keep us on a healthier track.

Immune System

Getting regular physical activity is one of the best things you can do for your health. It lowers the risk of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure and osteoporosis. It also helps control your stress level and boost your moods.

The other important result from regular exercise is weight management.

Exercise brings more oxygen through the body and can help you reach a more alkaline state.

An alkaline body stays healthier and Candida Albicans cannot thrive in that condition.

A Healthy Sport Drink

A healthy Sport Drink with a high source of electrolytes is coconut water. Forget the energy drinks with sugar and fructose.

A good way to determine whether your weight is good for you would be to try the bmi calculator. Bmi stands for Body Mass Indicator.

Exercising Regularly

I have some suggestions to help you achieve your goal of physical fitness and workout most days.

1. It’s always good to start working out on the first day of the week. This helps you set a pattern for the rest of the week.

2. I always like to exercise first thing in the morning. It’s always easier to find an excuse later on in the day.

3. Exercise most days. One day could be working with weights. The next could be more aerobic and stretching.

4. If you can work with a Physical Trainer regularly, that can help with motivation. Keep a fitness calendar or a workout plan and keep track of the days you went to the gym or worked out at home. It’s great to look back at the end of the month to see how much you accomplished.

5. Tai Chi and QiQong is an excellent form of exercise to be done daily.

Working out either at the gym or at home, helps you attain better health, sleep better and ‘stay in shape’.
