CANDIDA SYMPTOMS....What To Look For ?

Now let's discuss Candida Symptoms.

Firstly, Candida is not a disease.

It is not inherited.

It is a condition of internal imbalance going on in your body.

Candida or Candida Albicans is the name of just one of the forms of yeast that is in our bodies. There are other forms of yeast in the body, such as fungus and mould as well. A Candida yeast infection normally develops in the warm, inner creases of our digestive tract, in the genital area, on our skin, mouth or throat.

Yeasts are single cell organisms which live all around us. The yeast that lives in our bodies have unique traits. It must consume other substances, such as sugars, lactose and glutens in order to survive.

We usually have friendly intestinal flora as well as unfriendly intestinal bacteria. In a healthy colon, Candida Albicans is kept in balance. Candida is harmless until certain factors promote an imbalance or overgrowth. Sometimes this is referred to as 'good bacteria and bad bacteria'.

A wide variety of symptoms affecting virtually every system of the body have been attributed to candida overgrowth.

Typical Candida symptoms can include,

    allergies, nasal congestion, sinus problems

    skin rashes

    chemical sensitivities

    depression

digestive problems, abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, belching, gas, heartburn, indigestion

    fatigue

    headaches

    jock itch

    weight gain

Or do your children suffer from
