Yin and Yang
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, balance is the most important concept in maintaining health. Chinese philosophy believes everything is related.Similar to the theory of Yin & Yang, there must be balance in our life, as well as our bodies. Qi replenishes and nourishes our bodies. It is the same for the yeast cells and bacteria in our bodies. They must be in balance in order for us to stay in good health.

Candidiasis is a condition that comes from an overgrowth of yeast or fungus called Candida Albicans.Candida has become a very controversial syndrome. Improper diet and medications can promote yeast infections in the body. These medications can kill beneficial bacteria and put the body out of balance. A healthy body requires normal circulation of Qi. People with immune system or endocrine gland disorders suffer from low energy and stagnating Qi, which leaves them more vulnerable to the ill effects of a poor diet and medications. It is important to exercise, eat properly to help your body metabolize materials and better energy would be a result of that. Qigong Therapy Qigong is an exercise which regulates the mind and breathing in order to promote the flow of Qi or vital energy. There are two main categories of Qigong. One is internal Qigong, which is practiced by you. The other is external Qigong, which is performed by a Qigong Master on a person with health issues. Both these are done to promote health and balance. By doing either or both of the above, the immune system would stay more balanced. TCM and Candidiasis is a method that you can use along with diet to improve your health. Qi is formed from the inhaled oxygen when doing exercise. A healthy body requires normal circulation of Qi. There is a difference between regular exercise and Qigong. Physical exercise is aimed at building up health and muscles to enhance strength. It expends energy by tensing the muscles and accelerating the heart beat. Medical Qigong is focused on regulating the breathing to store up or accumulate energy in the body. Qigong can be in a form of meditation, practiced while sitting still, standing upright or lying on the back or side or physical movements done with focus and intent.
